Module 6 Part 2: Bivariate and Choropleth Mapping

 

To prepare data for bivariate choropleth mapping, you must first determine the breaks for each set of values. Then, each break must be added to the attribute table for both values, first as a number and then as a letter for the additional variable. Then the number and letter must be combined in an additional column, and those values are attributed an appropriate color based on what values they represent.
